They will provide you with essential minerals ( sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium ) to compensate for losses caused by sweating, vitamins B2, B6, B12 which participate in energy production and vitamin C which has an antioxidant role and helps fight fatigue.
Ideal in case of high heat and intense or long-term effort, they help maintain water balance thanks to better water absorption and thus fight dehydration (muscle cramps, headaches, dizziness, fatigue).

RECOMMENDED USE 

Our hydration tablets are effervescent and to be diluted in a 500 to 750 ml bottle of water, depending on the desired taste and conditions. A tube contains 12 tablets, or approximately 12 bottles. Easy to carry in a bag or pocket to recharge during training. No need to use mineral water in addition to a tablet, tap water is sufficient.
The tablets can be used before, during and after exercise to stay hydrated. Be careful, however, the tablets are carbohydrate-free and should not be considered an exercise drink; they are only a hydration solution.

WHAT ARE ELECTROLYTES USED FOR?

Electrolytes help to compensate for the loss of mineral salts caused by sweating by providing potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium. They also promote the absorption of water in order to maintain a good water level and protect against the various symptoms such as general fatigue, headaches, muscle cramps, which can be more serious if the latter persists.
