Composed of high glycemic index carbohydrates, electrolytes, antioxidants, and enriched with amino acids (BCAA) as well as vitamins, these gels offer a real energy boost.

Each serving contains 33 grams of carbohydrates for approximately 130 kcal. The combination of glucose and fructose allows for a prolonged intake and better absorption of sugars by the digestive system. Electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, potassium) compensate for mineral losses during exercise. Vitamins, BCAAs and antioxidants help maintain proper body function.

Some of TA's gels (coffee and wildberry flavors) also contain caffeine, ideal for increasing concentration and alertness during exercise. In addition, their liquid texture and composition make them practical, digestible and easy to assimilate products.

HOW TO CONSUME GELS?

Energy gels should be consumed regularly during exercise to provide a constant supply of energy. It is recommended to consume one energy gel every 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the intensity of the exercise and its consumption habits. We also recommend bringing water alongside the use of the gel to aid its absorption and make the product isotonic.
