Kolossos is the Greek word for a statue, much larger than the original subject. Sounds appropriate for replacing your 12 tooth pulleys with a 19 tooth bottom and a 14 tooth top pulley, built on the stiffest cage on the market.

This model also fits all 12 speed Red and Force wireless derailleurs for 2x setups, including the latest Sram Red groupset (2024). 

If your derailleur is older, this Kolossos does not fit, but the A2 derailleur is compatible with your system. You need a new derailleur in order to fit Kolossos.

No amount of chain lube or coating can eliminate your rear derailleur's inherent design limitations. The path a chain takes during each revolution requires passing through a chicane of derailleur cage pulleys diminishing your return on each pedal stroke. It's a drag on all geared bikes and why your stock rear derailleur will never perform as efficiently as one with an oversized derailleur cage.

Please note** Installing this oversized derailleur cage typically requires replacing your chain to accommodate the larger pulleys.
